こんばんは。ryosukeさんの英語を僭越ながら少し添削しました。かなりアバウトなものです。私も我流で英語を学んだので私のアドバイスが正しいとは限りません。参考にしていただいて今後の学びに役立ててください。*以降が私の考えた英文です。
学びの場をどう考えるか？
How think to "Study Place".
＊ How to think of "Studying Place"の方が文法的に正しいかなあと思いますが そうしてしまうと 日本語では勉強する場所についての考え方となってしまって本来意図するところと少し違うかなと思います。
最高の学びの場とはどんな場所かと考えるいう意味にするためには
（わたしは学びの英語訳としては learningの方がいいかなとも思います。）
"What is the best learning place", "What do you consider the best learning place" "What is your thought over the best learning place" What to consider "the best Learning Place"
まず、"学びの場"をどう考えるか、を論じるというのは、そもそも学びが何なのか、という事を考えなければいけない。
First, Debate the how think of "Study Place". To begin with think the how study.
＊First, before debating what to think of "the best Studying place" we need to consider what is studying.
僕自身、この掲示板で大変な勢いで思考力を鍛えられ、この掲示板が今後どのように成長していくのだろうと非常に好奇心をくすぐられています。
My self, Training for power of thinking this a bulletin board, Not gives me more pleasure than what sort kind of growth this bulletin board.
*As I myself have been trained to develop thinking ability here, I can't help being interested in what kind of progress will be made at this bulletin board.

「決めつけない」事が学びの現場には大切な気がします。
I think "Not Decide" is important study scene.
I think "not deciding" is important at the studying scene.
これだと一切決断しない、決めない事が大事だといことになるので何を決めないか入れた方がより内容が明確になると思います。たとえば
I think "Not to decide any limits" is important at the studying scene.
あらゆる可能性を探っていく事が学びだと僕は信じているのです。
I believed "study" search for various kinds of possibility.
*I believe "studying" is to search for as much possibility as we can find.
人生において、答えというのは人によって違います。無いと言えば無いにも等しい。
Except life, The answer human differ with individual. Equal to never nothing.
*People have their own answers when they consider what is life . There may be no right answers for it.
しかし、八方美人になれ、というのでは無い。我々は【決まり】として成立しているものをそのまま受け入れるということを考えるべきだ。
But, Not into please every-body. We should think, Leave it effect rules.
But it doesn't mean you should be everyone's friend. We should think we accept the rules decided.
そして、社会と個人の関係性の中で、いかに社会に自分を打ち出していくか、という気概を育む事が学びの場に必要なことでは無いでしょうか。
暗い寝室を明るくする方法
And, Into the society and an individual relational, How begin to beat myself on society, Need to study place bring up spirit !
*And how to demonstrate your own ability in the relation between society and individual must be taught at the learning place.
The learning place needs to provide the guts, which demonstrate your own ability in the society as much as possible
孔子は、自身がなかなか日の目を見る事も出来ず、漂流する時期がありましたが、社会において自分自身を役立てる事を弟子達に説きながら、尚且つ自分自身も機会を伺って生き、結果、弟子達はその思想を受け継ぎ、国の重要な役職についた人間が多数いました。
Koshi, Him self not see the light of day. He also drift day, Except society, A pupil's explain useful to society. And him self still aim at the chance. A result, Pupil's succeed a thought. Many Person's have important job of the nation.
*Although Koshi wasn't regarded highly and had been wandering in the world
he had taught his followers that they must put themselves to good use for the society. On the other hand he had tried to live seeking for his own opportunity.
As the result, his students followed his will and many of them became to take important posts of the countries.
それは、孔子が社会に対して批判的な態度を取る事もありましたが、うまく社会とのバランスを保つことが出来たから弟子達に"学びの場"を提供できたのでしょう。
It's, Koshi was take an attitude critically to society. Koshi had good balance keep to society, and he was offer "study place" his pupil's.
*Though Koshi criticized the society very severely, he had known how to coexist well there. So Koshi created the best learning school for his students.
馬はどのように強いです
そもそも、孔子がいなければ「論語」自体存在しませんし、孔子が人生を（そうかどうかは本人によりますが…）全うしたから現在にも残るものになっているものだと思うのです。
To begin with if not existence Koshi, [Rongo] is not existence. I think he's life accomplished, [Rongo] is linger in the present.
＊ Basicly [Rongo]didn't exist without Koushi. I think he had lived his own life,
which rendered a great achievement to us at present.
生きる上で社会を無視する事は出来ない。
Outlive on life is don't ignore to society.
* We can't deny society to live.
けれど、社会に縛られて画一的な存在にならず、あらゆることを思考、考察し、答えに近いと思われる事を目指して行動していく必要があると考えている。
But, don't succeed in uniform existence be restricted by society. Think, consider, In every way. I think need to action, think near the answer.
*However not being one of the same individuals restrained to society, it is necessary that we should live for looking for the right answers by thinking and considering.
僕は昨年からtwitterをはじめ、様々な意見や考えにふれ、自らの思考を揺さぶられる事が多くありました。
I begun twitter last year. Touch the various opinions. I shock the think, too many.
*I began to twitter since last year. The various opinions and thoughts there often inspired me greatly.
それまでは正直、世の中で起きている事は自分に無関係だとおもっている節があったのも認めます。
Honesty till then, acknowledged, I thought have nothing to do with this world founded.
* To be honest with you, I had been thinking I had had nothing to do with things in this world.
けど、個人が出来る事は限られているかも知れませんが、その個人が考える事、そして、この掲示板のように集まり、意見を通わせることによって変わる事が絶対にあるのだと感じています。
But, I think individual can do limited, individual think, and gather, and give an opinions on this a bulletin. I feel change absolutely.
*Well the ability of one person is limited. But by thinking and gathering at a place like here and exchanging ideas, I have a feeling there must be something being changed.
ここまで＊以下が私の英作文です。
英語では日本語より動詞の主語が何かという事をはっきりさせる必要があります。
最初は短めの文で ２つの事の関係をしっかり表す事を心がけるといいと思います。
だから、英語で考えると物事が整理できるんだな。。。とこれはryousukeさんの英文を勉強する事によって私が学んだ事です。
